Guest guest Posted July 4, 2012 Report Share Posted July 4, 2012 Happy Independence Day. I finally snapped out of it and popped a VHS tape into the machine. I felt like an old-timey Firm, so I did Vol 3. It had been on my mind. That's an awesomely weird workout, LOL. I had a load of fun, but only because there was nobody else in the house, or I would have felt supremely self conscious. Great calorie burn. I am taking a circuit style class with my coworkers once per week for 4 weeks. It starts next Wednesday. I'm going to resume STS later next week. Until then, I'm going to alternate total body Firms (or similar strength/cardio combos) and yoga days. Walking? Not sure. My feet and ankles are acting up, so it's time to go back to bike commutes. I'm doing better in the evenings thanks to music practice. I've been " woodshedding " , which is a great pastime. It's totally incompatible with drinks and snacking.
