Guest guest Posted July 4, 2012 Report Share Posted July 4, 2012 Hi Everyone, today was Tracie Long's Leaning Out. I was really struggling w/ whether or not to workout. The events of June have really wiped me out emotionally, but I decided a workout would help and it did. I really like this one - mostly weights, pretty challenging! My legs feel shaky even. I didn't do any yoga but I did stretch on my own. Being inactive from Sat-Mon, coupled w/ all the tension, really did a number on my back, but exercise is helping both to relieve the stress and loosen my muscles.Hope everyone has a good day!! Happy 4th! We're actually cooking a Turkey that we had in the freezer that got partially defrosted during the power outage.
