Guest guest Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 Jen's exercise for Tuesday 08/07/12Water exercise at my pool today - 90 minutesThis included kicking legs with fins on around the pool and treading water while playing catch in the deep end (9 feet deep end.)My legs felt like they got a good workout!I also walked outside tonight after it cooled off.
