Jen's exercise for Friday 07/20/12Water exercise class at the Village pool - 1 hourWater exercise on my own - 1 hourSwimming laps - 30 minutesI did the four competitive strokes: Back, Breast, Butterfly and FreestyleI'm hoping to sign up for two swimming classes in September. I say hoping because I have to be sure to register early, otherwise the classes will be full.I really need to work on my endurance so that is what I'm going to focus on for the rest of the summer.
