newbie and a right wrist drop, anemia

I have anemia but my iron and B12 is ok. That makes for an odd combination.

has posted lots about anemia and the last reference renal disfunction,

given yesterday or today, says what is " severe " . HGB <10. I am " undiagnosed "

but I think they will conclude it is Lupus and SLE.

I noticed at lot of mention about anemia, is this common in fibro patients, I

have been told that I have severe anemia.
