Guest guest Posted May 5, 2012 Report Share Posted May 5, 2012 This morning I woke up early on my own so I decided to mozy on over to the gym and take Lori's Group Kick class and try out the new release.Lori is off da chain as usual and I got a super workout in! This release has lots of " rhythm punches " in it similar to the synchopated punches in Turbo Kick. I love that it had X and A blocks in it and the kata (cooldown) at the end was a really lovely Bieber song (no joke, it really was beautiful) I got in close to 7 hours this week.
