Today I did Huckabee's Weight Watchers Belly, Butt & Thigh Workout - it is a stability ball workout that focuses mainly on lower body. The DVD has 3 options - beginner (30 min), intermediate (35 min) and advanced (45 min). I did the advanced workout, which wasn't all that advanced - but good for me today since I took the week off from working out. It uses the same setting as the Weight Watcher's Punch workout that features as well. It was pleasant, straightforward and at times I felt a little burn in the legs. Hope everyone is doing well. I'm hopeful things will settle down in my home now.... *fingers crossed*Tomorrow I think I will do the Punch workout.
