You're welcome Betsy. Since my x-rays in my ankles and feet show bone

demineralization and I have osteopenia,

I've done a lot of reading on the causes. When I lived in NJ, I spent

most of my days inside. Now that I'm in

Florida, I can be outdoors every day. I'm hoping the sunshine,

exercise, and high calcium diet will help stop my bones

from demineralizing.
