Guest guest Posted June 8, 2012 Report Share Posted June 8, 2012 Today I was expecting to be really crippled in the legs after going up and down the 30 steep flights of stairs at work, because I usually am. My leg days these days must be good, because the only DOMS I have are in the calves, which, unlike , I NEVER go out of my way to train. I'd like to continue doing the stairs once a week and just call it Calves N Cardio. The extensive lower body stretching afterward was much needed.I miss Noel and Fitness so I signed up for 4 more sessions since I got paid today. By the time those are up I should have enough $ to buy 4 more. My leg days have been good and I've even been really sore from them but nothing compares to the Noel Fuller Slaughterhouse! Fitness is just a good environment for me too.
