hi donna!! good going on #2 again! i agree that it seems to

be over quickly. i also like that the second run-through of the

circuit is not rushed but seems to be at the pretty much the

same speed as the first circuit.

hey I was struggling today as it is a work at home day then at noon I told myself I have 45 min for me.. so did this for first timeI really like these workouts.. These are great for just squeezing in b/c you don't need anything but yourself and possibly a mat!

I do agree, the music in the workouts is not great and listening to your own is better

And, yes, Carolyn, I thought the 2nd run through was better paced. I have to fiddle w/ a mat - b/c my floors are all hard - and I was able to get that done in time!Oh - I also forgot to mention that in the last circuit I didn't do the lateral jumps - I just hate them. I modified by doing those "bench leaps" they do in the warm up. I leapt over my mat. I like that move better!Ok - better run.
