Guest guest Posted April 20, 2012 Report Share Posted April 20, 2012 Hi Everyone, I wasn't sure what to do today - my friend is going on a field trip for school, so no walk with her and, while I like to walk, I prefer to go with her. Plus, I do a solo walk on Tuesday evenings. So, I decided to go for a video workout. I ended up creating my own Christi combo - I did Stage 1 from Christi's Step Heaven workout (I have never mastered Stage 2 and I may have only done Stage 3 once or twice) - fun, but not too difficult choreography and fun music. I also did Stage 2 from Christi's Hi Lo Heaven (again, I never mastered Stage 2, and probably only did Stage 3 once or twice!) - also fun, but not too difficult choreogrpahy and fun music. Total time was probably about an hour. I added on 15 min of yoga from Body Wisdom's AM/PM Yoga for Beginners - I did the AM Sun Saluations/Centering Practice. Which has a brief modified sun salutation series, followed by some floor poses, rest and meditation. I skipped the meditation b/c I was running out of time and really couldn't feel meditative while worrying about the clock. I really like this DVD and need to pull it out more often.Anyway, I had a nice fun "retro"-ish workout. hard to believe the "Heavenly" workouts came out in the late '90's - seems like yesterday!Take care!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
