Guest guest Posted April 20, 2012 Report Share Posted April 20, 2012 After thinking about it I needed a quick KB workout and so based on 's reviews I got the Coffey Meyers 30 min to fitness KB dvd...I did the 22 min premix kick and punch combos ... it was a nice fun workout. I realized why I am always so rushed in AM. I work a lot from home and with people from west coast.. SO I get up ~5 or 6 and log on and start working.. all of a sudden it is 9am and I need to get on a call or office and yikes my day is done!next week I get up and workout before I log in!judy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
