I was dragging and dreading it, and indeed, it sucked but felt great afterward when I walked in there was a slender young lady walking really slow whispering, " ow " " ow " " ow " with Noel in front of her. He asks me, " What are we training today " . I glumly reply, " Legs. " He looks at the other client and goes, " someone else trained legs today too " It sadistically made me feel better that I'm not the only one hobbling after Noel's Leg Days. We did the usual, only I demanded an extra set at the straight squat machine since we only did 6-8 reps on it (usually we do 10-12) I figure, I'm already there, If I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do it. I went up to 80 lbs on the prone hamstring machine but Noel had to help me with it. Still, 70 was too easy and that felt nice.I have 3 more sessions with Noel.
