Guest guest Posted April 22, 2012 Report Share Posted April 22, 2012 hi ! yesterday was a rest day and did i ever rest! i felt lousy so i slept for many many hours. i still felt crappy when i finally woke up this morning, so i did office work until i started to perk up a bit. i reached for the scheduled xfactor 2, but put it back and decided id better do something easier. id missed a cardio workout last week, so i picked a leslie sansone... i havent done one of hers in a really long time! this one was from her 'walk slim' set and was called '4 really big miles' and is about an hour long. i thought it was going to be boring... the same old leslie yakkin and walkin.... and it started out that way, but then wow, the speed got going fast! and strangely, there was variety with jogging and different arm movements, mary led one part, and the stretchie band was used in another... etc. i didnt feel bored at all until the last part of the 4th mile, and fitbit logged 6800 steps, so overall this leslie workout turned out to be alright! and when i was done, i was feeling quite a bit better. ive moved xfactor 2 to tomorrow morning before work, im sure that i will do better then. then i went to the deli for a boring evening shift and logged another 7000 steps there, which is quite a bit lower than normal. so it is a good thing that i did the leslie workout. :*carolyn.
