Guest guest Posted June 4, 2012 Report Share Posted June 4, 2012 Hi Everyone, First, thanks to all of you for your kind words on Shenan's passing....it really helps! We're all doing as well as can be expected, even my DD is handling it reasonably well, and we all decided to begin the process of finding a new dog sooner rather than later - the house is just too empty without a dog.Today, I am slowly making an attempt to get back to normal - this morning I got up to workout even though I didn't want to and did X-Factor Week # 8. It actually wasn't that bad - certainly no worse than any of the other DVDs in this series (I think Weeks # 3 and # 5 were the worst for some reason!). I can't really remember all the exercises that he included, but most were ones I had seen before, the one I hated the most was at the end of the last circuit - 90 sec of tuck jumps - I need to figure out a modification for that one! After X-Factor I did the first practice on Rodney's Ultimate Power Yoga. I plan to do X-Factor at least one more time this week and then next week it is a new rotation - very likely a Tracie Long rotation.
