I did manage some very low key "prancing" with Kathy & crew for the last go-round on the matrix. I don't think either foot actually left the floor at any time but it did feel good to at least try it, again, will know if it was okay later but it felt fine during so that's important too. Okay, off to work. I will try to catch up on notes later or tomorrow (Tuesdays are always insane but I've got extra things to do today too, so glad I finally moved my body though, that makes me feel MUCH better)!
