I can start today. I don't want any criticism of what I'm eating right now though. I just want to get into the habit of logging my food. I usually try to stay in a calorie range. ME TOO JEN!  I will say right now my diet is TERRIBLE at the moment.  I eat healthy food, but on top of that I eat Taco Bell and drink wine and this weekend with the 3 day family reunion party it's gonna be challenging to track everything - which is why I'm saying Monday will be better for me to start.  I agree NO JUDGING.  We all know what we need to do, it's just doing it that's hard and getting in the practice of logging everything is the first step.  Jen I'm really glad you're joining Carolyn and I!   My goal weight is 150 - I want to be lean, but also very muscular.  I mean I want as much muscle as I can get without doing steroids and I want my muscles to make people look and notice, even if negatively. I do NOT want to be skinny.
