Got up barely in time to do Pyramid Upper Body, but I ran out of time and had to skip the abs/stretch. I couldn't have done those abs. I went as heavy as I could, and my whole body was trembling when I finished the weights section. 

I made a really good lunch, showered, and then did a bike commute with my heavy bike. We're having rain showers. I've been riding my lighter road bike a lot, but the heavier bike is better in the rain because it has wider tires and the whole thing is more heavy duty. It weighs almost twice as much as the road bike. 

I met my food calorie goal.Going to bed a little earlier tonight. I think I want to do one more round of the CTX Express series. Tomorrow will either be Leaner Legs, or Power Circuits, or Yoga, or oversleeping. ;) I'll decide in the morning.
