Guest guest Posted April 9, 2012 Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 >Overall, I really liked this format and the workout time > went by quickly! i think that is what i liked the best about bootcamp boogie... how petra made so many blocks containing an athletic combo, a dance combo, a blast and a recovery. and all of the combos were interesting and fun! i liked how she didnt repeat combos for both sides right after each other, but i also wondered how that would work for the premixes... hmmmm. also there was one minor blooper where she missed one move in a combo on the right side but did it on the left... she looked over her shoulder at a backgrounder, said something and smiled, so she realized it. :*carolyn. Did you know she is coming out w/ something else called Liquid Grooves? It is supposedly like her Breathe workouts.
