Thinking good thoughts for you tomorrow, please let us know how it goes. Hopefully all you'll have to do is eat more red meat or something? I HATE having vertigo / dizzy spells. Maybe your body needs a week off from exercise, just to repair, recuperate, take a break? Hoping it's nothing serious! Hugs Do you feel beat down from lack of sleep? Yoga is so good, I agree - and I should do it more. Probably and the fact that my legs are pretty sore. I go for my blood test again in the morning. They will check my blood count and Iron level. I've been worried about this ever since they told me. My daughter is concerned with my low energy and the few dizzy spells I've got, along with my weight loss. She's a big worry wart. She has a sit down job and googles stuff all the time. She's looked up enema countless times and calls me and asks me stuff about my symptoms lol God love her. I just keep telling myself that I wouldn't be able to work out if I was REALLY sick, you know?
