Guest guest
Thanks!About the Fitbit - I had a different start date (when I originally activated it) then suddenly it changed and no one on their help staff could change it back. So I cheated by changing my weight on the "start date" to what I weighed on January 1, 2012. That way I can keep track of how much I lose this year.About Gilad rotation - I want to keep doing Gilad. I've copied a few of his hour long and half hour long Total Body Sculpting to dvd. I plan to copy the bodies in motions I have to dvd too. I may still do Jackie with you but I'm not sure. I have a sore throat and don't feel like doing much of anything...I think it's sinus drainage from the rain we had the other day.In any case I don't want to start the X Factor until I get my shoe back with the orthodic flare attached. I don't want to hurt my tendons doing those hard cardio workouts from the X factor. Hopefully in a week or so I will get my shoe back.
