Jen's exercise for Wednesday 03/28/12Co-ed Competitive Volleyball = 1 hour 40 minutes; I was late I got to play with the BEST player out there and it was so much FUN! I love setting (that's when you pass (hand-set or bump-set) to the hitter who then spikes the ball down on the opposing team's court. The guy I played with, Jeff is about 6' 4 or 6' 5 and he is a big guy (think football player.) Whenever he spikes the ball you can't even see it because he hits it so hard! I LOVE setting guys that hit the ball like that. I told him i loved setting him and he told me that he loved it when I set him too! LOL - It's volleyball

love!Anyway, he did a lot of my self confidence and ego by firing the guy that was setting him the previous game and having me set him instead. Poor guy (Curt,) I think he just had an off night..it happens.Dig Deep! Jen
