Monday Workout + OT

Today started the new April rotation doing short cardio with one body part a day. Getting up and working out was really hard for me this morning.

Not sure if any of you know, but we had to put our beagle Abby down over the weekend. She had been sick for several months. and I had to make the tough decision to get her out of pain. We had just put our other beagle Becky down 2 years ago. It feels like yesterday, so the pain is indescribable. We buried Abby right next to Becky out back of our home. I'll get her a stone just like Becky's. They were best friends so this exactly how it needed to be.

This has put me in a place emotionally where I feel like I'm shutting down on the world right now. I know some will understand how I'm feeling right now and some may not, but I've lost my little girl and the pain is overwhelming.

The workout today was CTX Step & Intervals (cardio only) Pyramid Upper Body chest and Pure Strength chest.

Pyramid Upper Body:

Chest flys 12/15/20/15/12

Chest presses 12/15/20/15/12

Pure Strength Chest:

Pushups - 2 sets of 12- toes

Bench press- 35

Incline bench press 35

Incline chest flys 15

I burned 389 calories, avg 139, max 179, steps 3,811
