Tonite at the Ole Hurt Locker

was shoulders.  I'm too tired to write it all down, similar to the usual, went up on  a set of lateral raises and a set of single arm reverse flys.between the treadmill at the Sweat Shop and the eliptical tonite the cardio came to 500 calories, which is good because I had a 250 calorie doughnut from 7-11 at 3:00 today (it was worth it)

Off to beddie bye!  The new Turbo Kick Round 50 on deck for tomorrow at Studio LouLou and my friend Maylorie is joining me!Hugs!
