Guest guest Posted June 1, 2012 Report Share Posted June 1, 2012 I almost forgot to post my workout from this morning. I did Mari Winsor's 20 Minute Workout. This is my 2nd or 3rd time doing this and I like it a lot. She moves quickly but there's time to rest a little between exercises and there's tons of variety (only about 8 or 10 reps per exercise) so no boredom. I felt good doing it and finally did really good with the rolling like a ball. I always went too far back and then flung myself forward and banged my feet on the ground instead of balancing, today I actually balanced each time and felt much more in control. The same cannot be said about my "seal." It has been hopeless and still is. The best I can do is laugh as I attempt it! It is weird how good these pilates workouts are making me feel.
