I just did STS Disk 8: back and shoulders. It went really well. I'm going to follow up with some yoga now, and then we're off to a wedding. I'm setting my goals for next week. I keep failing at this, but I'm going to try again: I want to check in daily. I want to keep my evenings under control. Last week was on and off, but I did best on the evenings when I practiced an instrument. So, that's what Ill do this week.Workouts are good, so I'll just keep the momentum there.
