Chest at the Sweat Shop today, now off to Zumba!

I did not feel like working out or eating clean today, but I did both anyway (Flo should be here Monday if not sooner, so energy is low and cravings are high) I'm feeling the pump, and I can tell I'll be feeling this tomorrow!  3 sets of 10:

pushups - toes, toes, toesmachine presses, overhand grip -50, 50, 50machine presses, side grip -50, 45, 45fly machine - 20, 25, 20 (normally I don't like this machine because it can be unsafe, but the Sweat Shop's machine has a foot lever to help release it so you won't hyper extend)

dumbell flys - 15s, 15s, 15sdumbell presses - 20s, 20s, 20sI walked on the treadmill for about 5 minutes, then did extended leg and lower back stretches.  

Off to Zumba and to give this instructor another chance.  I didn't care for her cuing and music before but she was newer then too. It will be fun to get out of the house regardless!
