Guest guest Posted April 2, 2012 Report Share Posted April 2, 2012 Hi Everyone, Whew - we actually made it to the bus stop in time for nature camp this morning! I actually should follow some of the protocols I followed this morning on regular mornings to make my life less stressful - basically, it all came down to staying focused and not getting off task. Surprise, Surprise!! :)My workout this morning was Charlene Prickett's It Figures, Season 18, Episode # 3 which was step aerobics. Not too much to report - it contained the typical moves Charlene does for her step workouts. Generally, they are easy to follow and she uses a lot of the same basic choreography in her step routines she just mixes up the order in all her step workouts (so, a bit like in that respect). I used a 6 inch step, but I could probably go to 8 for these - they are only 30 min and they are basic in choreography so not a lot of chances of tripping over a step trying to follow. But, I was also being cautious w/ my knees which rebelled last week at the running. So far, they are feeling much better though - only a twinge here and there when I use the stairs.Tomorrow - Strength and I may sneak a few miles in from the newest!
