Oh the excitement.  A new exercise for the routine, the Reverse Curl, where you hold the dumbells with an overhand grip, working both the biceps and the forearms!warmup exercise:  hammer curls

(10's) 12s, 15s, 15sreverse curls10s, 10s, 12sw's15s, 15s, 15scross body curls12, 12, 15

concentration curls15, 15, 15machine short ROM curls30, 30, 30
