Good morning!!

So today I went with Cathe's KPC/L & G premix "Kick box & Strength Circuit + Abs". This was tough! I don't know if its the heat or what, but I was sweating like crazy! Here's how it went.

KPC- combo 1

L & G- leg press 2 sets 15

KPC- combo 2

L & G- Hover squats 15

Rear lunges w/heel elevated 12

Plie squat 12

KPC- combo 3

L & G- Drop squats 12

Explosive plie squat

Calve raises

One leg dead lift- skipped

Plie squats 15

Sculpting Drills (slow motion on high step)

KPC- abs

I burned 432 calories, avg 140, max 179, steps 4,408
