Hi Everyone,This morning was 10 lb Slimdown Xtreme Core. I like this one - she mixes it up so you're not just doing crunches - she mixes in standing ab work, plank work, some crunch type variations, but interesting ones! I ran out of time for yoga this morning but may try to squeeze something in at home today since I'm working at home and can maybe pop in a 20 min practice later. I am finding these Xtreme workouts to be easier than I remembered - maybe X-Factor and Tracie Long built up my strength/endurance! Or maybe I just imagined them to be hard. They aren't easy and I am getting mild soreness in all the right places from them, I just don't feel like I'm dying when I do them - which may not be a bad thing in the summer heat!Hope everyone has a good day!Donna
