The music, much like the other Spinning dvd I did, wasn't much - what makes these rides so good is the excellent mind/body connection done with the cuing. You " feel " your spirit in the ride. I liked this one quite a bit! You go through various terrains - flat roads, seated climbs, and jumps, doing equal time in and out of the saddle. I was sweating BUCKETS in spite of wearing a bandana and often wiping my brow with a hand towel. My only critique would be that the stretches at the end, were very rushed, and you only did two of them. It was nice to do this workout in m underwear, sports bra, tennis shoes and bandana and not be self conscious. I love my spin bike and it is one of the best investments I ever made in StudioLouLou (my home gym). The seat is always at the height, in the proper forward and aft positions, as are the handlebars, and my bike WORKS!
