I think I either accidentally deleted the first version of this post, or I'm

about to send a duplicate. Too tired to check, so sorry about doubles. I hit my

food goal for today. YAY! So easy without the wine. I feel satisfied.

I did Pure Strength Chest Shoulders and Triceps this morning and then got my 5

mile walk commute. Actually it was a little farther because I had to go out of

my way to lose a crazy woman whom I had angered. I left work late and ended up

in a bad station at a bad time. had gotten off a BART train and stepped into the

middle of a big fight. Looked and sounded like the Jerry Springer show. Long

story short, I snuck downstairs and reported it to the station agent because I

could see some scared bystanders up on the platform, and they couldn't do

anything. That crazy woman went nuts because I did that -- she must have been

part of the drama and came downstairs after me. I've never had anyone that

enraged at me ever. Nutso!!! Glad I walk fast and she did not. Ah, city

living..

So, I got 17000 steps altogether. Does adrenaline burn extra calories? :) I'm

going to get out at a different station tomorrow. Longer walk. It all works out.
