Guest guest
Long time lurker, dx w/RA 3 yrs ago...I couldn't agree more about the importance of finding a massage therapist that is experienced with our types of conditions. I regularly go to one that specialized in Neuro muscular therapy which is essentially triger point massage. It seems to really help keep my muscles loose and not overly tense (which cause me to have migraines if I don't do anything) as I have a hard time with exercise these days and can't work them out in the way that I used to enjoy. Speaking of massage therapy, does anyone know a good professional in the Dallas, TX area? I am moving there soon from Atlanta, GA and am in need of some recommendations. Any help would be appreciated!!
