I've yet to figure out why they call it "beginner" I can't see any beginner being able to do most of those poses. Anyway, just one little annoying thing the instructor says is "pull your body up into a tiny little package" lol that really bugs me for some reason. She says it quite a few times. So after that I put in Rapid Fire (the first one) and did the med ball abs on the floor. This is a tough ab routine. I remember how tough it was the last I did it so I used my 3 lb soft ball instead of my 6 lb. This was much better.
