Guest guest Posted June 19, 2012 Report Share Posted June 19, 2012 I sent my workouts this morning but they must have gotten zilched by Gmail.Anyway, I got up at 4:00 am as planned and did Turbo Kick R50 through Finale. These old bones aren't so limber at that hour so I did it all low impact. I'm not nuts about this round, it's way too dancy and girly. I like punches, kicks and turbo but that's about it. I couldn't get into the Finesse.. I wanted to continue with low impact cardio so I went with Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds 2 Mile Walk + Abs, which was 30 minutes long. I liked it!
