And, rats that were addicted > to cocaine quickly switched their preference to sugar. hmmm... how interesting! do you think that is really true? she also gives some tips - logging food intake, substitutions for high sugar foods, doing 10 crunches when you feel the need to snack needlessly in front of the tv she also suggests high protein/high fibre, which i totally agree with, of course. there is a fruity pro shake calling my name right now i cant get my stomach to handle increases in the amt of powder though, so i just use 1 scoop. now that it is summer, i think that i can drink two shakes a day and see how that goes. laura, im wondering if you have tried the red velvet pro powder yet!! im interested in buying some of that if you like it. :*carolyn.
