kathy smith has a few good articles in her newsletter this week.

she is always trying to sell her dvds, books and supplements

though, of course.

the first one concerns sugar addiction, and she writes:

hmmm... how interesting! do you think that is really true?

she also gives some tips - logging food intake, substitutions

for high sugar foods, doing 10 crunches when you feel the need to

snack needlessly in front of the tv :)

she also suggests high protein/high fibre, which i totally agree

with, of course.

there is a fruity pro shake calling my name right now :) i cant

get my stomach to handle increases in the amt of powder though,

so i just use 1 scoop. now that it is summer, i think that i

can drink two shakes a day and see how that goes.

laura, im wondering if you have tried the red velvet pro powder

yet!! im interested in buying some of that if you like it.
