Guest guest Posted August 28, 2006 Report Share Posted August 28, 2006 Hi , I walk as much as possible. For me it is helpful, it can hurt afterwards but I feel it is worth it. I walk maybe four/five times a week. I also take fish oil twice a day. Fish oil has done more for me than anything. My knee was really bad and I started the fish oil with very good results.
