Guest guest
> Jerome, > what do you eat besides raw milk? sounds interesting. what health benefits > have you noticed? In prime grass (milk) season, milk is just about all I want to eat. This last week it was aproximately 8 or 9 gallons of raw milk plus 3 or so pints of cream, plus a few teaspoons of butter oil and cod liver oil. When the grass is not so good, I often add raw bison serloin and bison liver with raw butter and raw kefir. Occasional saurkraut and kimchee, maybe a few slices of local sourdough whole wheat bread with 1/4 inch of raw butter on each slice, per week. If I can get really good eggs from pastured poultry, I sometimes make eggnog with the yokes, using raw milk + cream + egg yokes + unheated local honey + vanilla. On thanksgiving at my Mother's, I just ate the family feast, to be social. In general, these other foods amount to only a few percent of my diet, by weight (70-100 pounds milk, 0-4 pounds of everything else, per week, since March 2004). As for health benefits, I feel great! I love life! I love sipping that fresh Jersey milk. People tell me I look great, and that I've shed years of age from my face as wrinkles have melted. My strength and stamina are high, and my realtionships have improved. I thought I was " aging in reverse " , but after two years I've come to suspect that I am still aging forward, albeit slowly. I feel like my cells are bathed in good nutrition. I feel very lucky to have found a way to spend each day sipping feminine nectar all day long. Cares melt away in this bath of love. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. From this place of peace and love, I can even enjoy facing the truth about the terrible manipulations that are being worked on the hapless citizenry of this planet, as they reel under the impact of the false, debt-based money and the staged psy-op 'news' events. I have hope that others are waking up, too! Because I'd like our children, grand children, and great-grandchildren to have the chance to enjoy their lives too, I request that you all consider taking some time to look into what has really been going on in this world, so that those of us who care about our future will have the understanding necessary in order to face the challenages ahead. I realize that we're all coming to this via our own paths - some of us have deeply held religious convictions; some put science first, others like to be 'hip', a few are ready to go 'way out there', while some " don't want to be bothered " by anything off the topic of raw dairy. - Jerome, sipping some amazing, golden Jersey milk and feeling soooo good to have gotten these concerns off my chest!
