Guest guest
Cheryl, Natural things like what? One of the great thing about the parents on this list and one of the reasons there are not many studies and that drives researchers and conventional folks crazy is that parents like the ones on this list try multiple approaches in combination. Research studies want a control group (which parents who have heard about benefits of chelation wants to have a 50/50 chance that their kid will get the placebo?) and wants the topic of the study to be the only variable (what parent who has heard of multiple beneficial approaches and potential benefits of using various approaches in combination wants to limit their child to just one at a time. > NAET helps desensitize the body to the offending substances but does not remove those toxins from the body. Chelation means getting them out. I have used and continue to use NAET in combination with various other things including chelation. S --- On Mon 10/06, cherylviserto2000 Does anybody know if you really need to use DMSA to
chelate or can you use natural things? also is NAET a way of
chelation the body as well? It changed my kid in less than a week. > hear that people chelate for 1-2 years. How do we really know it > isn't therapy for 1-2 years? My son does not have any " therapy " . I keep him home and use a DTT/AVB/unschool approach. If this qualifies as eliminating all his food and yeast and other gut problems, and all his stims, and causes him to obtain language without too much direct intervention and that only about 2-3 hours per day, and for a Kanner child, then I have a bay bridge to sell you in Oklahoma. I really wish they had more studies on > all of this. Does anybody know if you really need to use DMSA to > chelate or can you use natural things? I use ALA, from my local health food store. Guest guest
Andy, I would appreciate it very much if you could explain, if using ALA alone, how to use it properly for an adult and for a child seven years of age. Many thanks, Sam. [ ] Re: hi group > > > Does anybody know if you really need to use DMSA to > > > chelate or can you use natural things? > > You don't need the DMSA. Guest guest
Hi Judy, so glad to hear things are going well for you. I know you must miss the little ones but it is time you and Ron had time for each other. Hope they get those awful tumors removed with no problem. Looking forward to hearing a success story after Ron has the DBS surgery. Hugs June
