When I order my Enbrel, I tell them to send it in such a way that

somebody has to sign for it. Then I just make sure to stay at home that

That is great and works if you KNOW how they are going to send it.

They told me they were going to send it with signature required and I

HAD to stay home to sign for it...or at least someone had to be home.

So I sat home all morning...cause it was suppose to be delivered before

noon. Again this is all what Tel-drugs told me.

At 1pm I open my door to get mail and there is this steroform container

sitting on my porch..no attempt to even hide it. I have chairs on my

porch that they usually hide stuff behind. Fedex didn't even ring the

bell...since they have delivered many times before for me..they usually

ring the bell even if there is no signature required.

Then when I called to question the shipping Teldrugs lied..they claimed

they can see the order and there is signature on file to release

packages. So I call fedex...they fax me over the order and it was very

clear that Tel-drugs was being cheap and lying..they sent the package

over night express delivery before noon...no signature required. The

reason for no signature is that it cost extra.

It just pisses me off when they lie trying to CYA...when they are so

stupid and seem to forget there IS a paper trail.
