Subject: the need for

milk

In seeking some help for

my oldest daughter's current round with a

chronic skin issue, we encountered the thinking that humans can get

their minerals from vegetables and don't have a need for milk past

weaning age.

I was just thinking about how that line of thinking was severely

harmful to my brain and nervous system. I had no understanding of

how important the fat in milk was. Of course the same person felt

that goat milk was very beneficial, but not necessary :<(

All of my gardening studies have led me to the conclusion that we

simply must have raw milk due to terrible soils and the lack of

availability of quality produce. My health is just so radically

improved from fresh raw goat milk, that I can't help but be radical

about spreading the news that it heals.

Today while out, we also picked up a few soil amendments to

hopefully get some of the trace minerals back into my own garden and

will continue to work on my pasture and soil to produce healthier

foods. And I'll keep drinking my goat milk, and I think my

daughter's willing to overcome her psychological hangup with it --

we bought more frozen fruit for her to make goat milk smoothies.

May all your gardens be bountiful and nutrient-dense!
