Hi Anne-Marie. Welcome. Because you have a goat, I'm assuming you are from

the San area Spring Branch rather than the Houston area Spring

Branch. Not too many goats there.

Raw milk sales are legal in TX if you have a Grade A for raw license and

sell from the farm. Many of us have private milk clubs as well, and Texas

has not ruled against them, so at this point we consider them OK.

raw milk consumer and new goat owner

I believe raw milk sales are legal in TX, although I'm

not certain. I am new to raw milk (about six weeks)

and am currently obtaining milk locally, though am

planning on milking my own new goat next year.
