Lab for Analyzing Tear Gas

I am looking for a lab that can analyze CS Tear gas: 2-chlorobenzalmalononitrile, (chemical formula: C10H5ClN2), also known as ortho-chlorobenzylidene-malononitrile; (CAS Registry #: 2698-41-1); (Molecular Weight 188.61). I found out, HPLC (High Pressure Liquid Chromatography) test method cannot distinguish between many tear gas agents including VN (synthetic Capsaicin) and Capsaicin agents. Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS) must be used for proper identification of chemical properties.
