Guest guest
On a more scientific note. If you look at a few studies done on particle deposition and retention in asthmatics (and those with emphysema), the results suggest the same or in some cases better clearance than those with normal lungs. There is a lot we do not know and I suspect it'll be many years before we do.Tony Tony, That is really interesting info. Can you point me as to where I may find more info on this? Guest guest
The problem is that all the folks involved with aluminum were overexposed and ended up with Alzheimer's - so they couldn't pass on the info. - Sorry ya'll, had to have a little fun with that. By the way - was that a-lu-min-um or al-u-min-ium? On a more scientific note. Re: Re: Asthma report Stuart, I have an interesting story to add to this anti biotic and divalent metal - anti mold growth treatments. Years ago, inhaling aluminum dust was a treatment (not widespread-before antibiotics) for silicosis and other lung problems. As we know, Pb, Cr, Cu, Silver, Ti, etc and other metals have anti - mold and bacteria properties. So was this " aluminum dust " treatment, an antibiotic treatment? An interesting historical question. Bob FAIR USE NOTICE: This site contains copyrighted material the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner.
