Guest guest
Please don't do that to yourself. If your tests are normal, just be extremely thankful and work hard to keep it that way. You can do all of the things we talk about as natural treatments if you like such as exercise regularly, drink lots of water, get plenty of rest, meditation, de-stress daily which means no more worrying. All of the preventative things you can think of. Keep the digestive system as healthy as possible. If you react to milk, avoid it. I really pray you do not have this condition which is a mean, mean condition as you already know from watching your mom go through it. I am sorry your mom's condtion has hurt you. Fortunately she got to raise her children before getting RA, and it seems to always happen right at the prime, just when you figured out what you want to be when you grow up. <smile> She is lucky to have a daughter who cares so much. And yes, with the right attitude you can still have a good life if you had it, but who wants to live life in a wheelchair if you can help it. It is best to be as independent as you possibly can, in my opinion. So enjoy as much life as you can and don't worry so much about getting the condition or anything. It may skip you. take it easy, Ebony peace and healing, Ebony --------------------------------- How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
