Guest guest
Keep in mind that the Equate brand is made for WalMart, and I'm sure, for others as well. Formulations will be different in every brand, so your choice may be to buy one brand and try it for a while, and if it doesn't work, try another. You should eventually find the one that works for you. Betty was having arthritic pain a few years ago when the hype was all about Glucosamine and Chondroitin, so we bought some. That brand didn't work, so we shopped around. They all list ingredients almost the same, but the one we found that helped her was from Sam's Club only. Now she's on the hard drugs and they still don't really help. Guest guest
Thank you Tracie. I forgot to ask but is it a prescription? Guest guest
It seems I have seen Equate before but I was thinking it was for pain. I didn't realize they had something for cholestrol. Is this a prescription? Joyce from Texas [ ] For Joyce in Texas re: Equate brand > Hi Joyce, > > I see already answered your question. I am sorry. I should have > been more specific. Guest guest
Joyce, you seem to be a little confused about the brand, Equate. It's not one particular product, it's a Brand, like Frito-Lay or & , etc. They have an entire selection of non-prescription products, vitamins and other products you can get at a Health Food Store. Many items, like cough drops can be half the price of a big name brand. Calcium from Equate is about the same formulation but half the price of Oscal and contains basically the same ingredients. When you go to WalMart, look on the Health Food and vitamin row and see all the different items Equate offers. It can save you some money, and I know you can use that, I sure can. Guest guest
Thanks Dennis, I realize what you are talking about now. I rarely go to the vitamin shelf. They do have a large selection of vitamins and etc there. Joyce from Texas Re: [ ] For Joyce in Texas re: Equate brand > It seems I have seen Equate before but I was thinking it was > for pain.
