Guest guest
Patsy: If you have having that much trouble breathing, I think you should definately be calling your doctor. Don't even think about it as bothering him - you pay him to be there to help you. You having difficulty breathing is not a small problem, but could be a sign of something much worse, and I would think he would be happy to see you go to a pulmonologist to try and diagnose your breathing problem. It could be related to some of the medications you are taking - do you take Methotrexate, for instance, as it has been known to cause lung problems? I hope you get to a doctor ASAP, your lung condition needs to be addressed. Guest guest
Hi, I just wanted to pass on this link for more information about your question. I also recommend that you talk to your Dr about it. Cassy You may have to cut and paste it. http://www.arc.org.uk/newsviews/arctdy/125/RA- notjustadiseaseofthejoints.htm > > > > Patsy: > > If you have having that much trouble breathing, I >
Guest guest
Thank you for the emails and input. I did call a pulmonologist office this afternoon and was promised a call back tomorrow. I decided to bypass my primary care doctor. If I went to see her she would just send me to a pulmonary specialist anyway, then I'd have to pay both of them. This way I can save a little which is very important with all of the meds that we take.
