I am going to buy the Psyllium Husks and noticed it comes in a capsule. I

would rather take it that way. How many mgs should I look at taking per

serving? There is one by Nutripeak with 525mg per capsule. Does that sound

like enough and what type of plan should I go according to? I want to do a

cleanse but don't have the slightest about doing it. I would do the coffee

enema but don't have a coffee pot to make the coffee per the instructions.

HELP! Give me some sort of plan to go by so I know how to do this

correctly.

Only Ilenas friend so far. I have not decided to try it yet or not, I will

probably wait till I come back from vacation on the 20th and then my

daughters B day in Ca on the 28th so I really will be eating bad in between

then and now I am sure.

I can tell you that when you are talking grams of phsyllium husk it isn't

much as far as fiber goes. I bought the capsules that have only 800 mg and

then I bought a drink that has more like a gram instead of mg so I think

that there are some drinks that may be better. That is what I have been

doing is drinking a fiber type drink everyday that is all natural and tastes

like coconut so it is pretty decent to drink.

I think you can find similiar ones at health food stores and they work well.

You don't need a coffee pot for the enema at all, you just boil the water in

a pan with the coffee right in it then you strain it out.

The important thing is that you get everything out first before you do the

enema.

It is a product that is called pina colada fiber drink, however I am not

sure where you can get it, my husband used to oversee a grocery store here

in Idaho Falls called Life Link and we have a couple of pallets full of it.

It does taste pretty good.

Maybe write me privately and I can send you some by mail to try, it probably

won't be till I get home from Hawaii though.

a company in Salt Lake made it for them and I have no idea how you would

ever get it again, I am sure there are others that would be good too, check
