Sleep problems

Hi,

I have trouble sleeping from time to time. Those nights pop up

at random, with no pattern or routine. Usually, I'll sleep for fifteen

minutes or so and then be awake.

I have a way of dealing with it that I can't recommend to anyone

who's not in my situation. Although I like my work, some of what

I have to work with isn't very interesting (boring as hell). I just sit

down with the worst of the bunch, and by the time I'm done, I can

barely keep my eyes open!
